Mash the left and right arrows to move left and right. Each movement is an attack. The meter at the bottom measures how many rats you've beaten on that side, Once it's full, click the middle to slow time so you can clear them out better. The only reason I'm telling you this is because the game doesn't. If you're really bored, you might like it, but everyone else will not be impressed.
